Peaches Geldof’s Traditional Christmas
PEACHES Geldof wishes to tell us:
“It’s traditional for me to be at my dad’s house with my family.”
The Sun tells readers that Peaches’ husband – aka her “family” – one Max Drummey, will be staying with “his own relatives”.
This will only add fuel to the columnists’ fire that Geldof’s marriage was one of marketing convenience, a contrived and heavy-handed faux act of rebellion.
The trouble with Peaches is that she is the daughter of the late Paula Yates and Bob Geldof, a man who produced the best pop music AGM ever.
To really rebel, Peaches needs to do what none of us expect her to, such as getting a job as, say, a nurse, stop being Violet Elizabeth Bott made flesh and pout.
Most teenagers shun being like their mums and dads, but Peaches shows signs of wanting to be like hers, and is suffering from the ignominy of failing.
Note: Are Peaches and Princess Beatrice the same person?
