Old Mr Anorak is not very much for porn, unless it is at work, at home, in the bathroom, in the office, in the dungeon, in the jet, in the hot air balloon, on the top floor of the Telecom Tower, in the queue for proms…
His pornography debt has already accounted for a mail order catalogue in Wiltshire and Bradford & Bingley savings bank.
What prudes fail to realise is that a book about porn is not the same as a porn book. NB: writing about two, three or more creatures having sex is porn, but if the press release says it’s a young, attractive female writer dipping into herself (literally) it is a serious literature.
Says the Telegraph:
The book was rejected by one German publisher on the grounds that it was too pornographic. Roche’s literary readings are restricted to the over-18s, and in Germany there were several reports of over-excited fans fainting upon hearing certain excerpts.
The Telegraph does not approve of porn, whether it be anal porn, dog porn, lesbian porn, OAP porn, sexy porn, unsexy porn or any other branch of porn that can be picked up by internet search engine and lead to traffic.
The paper will nto respond to the rumour that Sarah Palin and Michelle Obama appeared in over 300 hardcore porn films in the mid 1980s.
