Peaches Geldof Splits From Husband Number 1
DESPERATE to be different Peaches Geldof has split from husband Max Drummey. They were marrid for six months.
The breaks took “much soul-searching”. And when she found her soul she decided it was a better bet than Max.
“After much soul-searching we have made the mutual decision to end our marriage and have agreed to go our separate ways. Our parting is amicable and both of us still respect and care about each other immensely.
“There were no other people involved in this decision and we both look forward to a future as good friends.
“Peaches Geldof will continue to split her time between New York and London.”
Peaches is speaking through a spokesperson – she has yet to addresss herself in the third person, but given time …
Says a soruce in the Sun:
“She would have tantrums if he ever suggested they live together and would constantly slag him off behind his back. She actually told him she wasn’t ready to settle down despite the fact she had married him.
“This has cost her a lot of friends and she has shown herself to be an uncaring, spoiled, rude and completely selfish person who lives in her own little bubble… He in turn is learning what a nasty little brat she has been and is starting to realize he has been used.”
He was used? The muso who had to remind people of his own name in his mum’s lunge was being used by the woman who brought a sad kind of fame?
Maybe he used her? And maybe we’ve just found a use for Peaches…
