Embryonic Child Porn In Dakota And Thought Crimes

by | 2nd, March 2009

IN Dakota the fertilised egg has full human rights.

In February, the North Dakota House granted a fertilized human egg the legal rights of a human being, a move that would essentially ban abortion in the state.

Representatives voted 51-41 in favour of the measure. The North Dakota Senate will now review.

Says the legislation’s sponsor, Rep. Dan Ruby, R-Minot:

This language is not as aggressive as the direct ban legislation that I’ve proposed in the past. This is very simply defining when life begins, and giving that life some protections under our Constitution _ the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”

No. It just means that if you abort a pregnancy you are deemed to be a child killer.

If a woman drinks in pregnancy she is serving liquor to a minor. If she skis, works or plays too hard, is she endangering the life of a minor? Is she then unfit to be around children? And if so, how will that be upheld? Will the child be removed, Put out of harm’s way?

Does it mean unborn children can be counted as dependents on their state income tax?

Can you freeze and embryo, as in send your child out in the cold without a coat, hat, scarf and gloves?

What planet is Rep. Dan Ruby, R-Minot form and what is she doing living on this one?

As one reader asks:

If you miscarry, are you required to present the fetus at an audit? What if you miscarry multiple times (say, four times — which has happened to three women I know), and the IRS decides to investigate you for tax fraud? Should we start giving welfare checks to inner-city women as soon as they become pregnant?

And this writer tells us:

You see this image? That’s a fertilized human egg. The North Dakota House of Representatives passed a bill on Feb 19th 2009 which states that this picture is considered child pornography. The vote now goes to the North Dakota Senate for a vote. If passed, it means that if you post pictures of your ultrasound on Facebook, you run the risk of having to sign up for the sex offender registry.

A specious argument?

No need to surf the web for foetus pics – you can go the library and download the images from a shelf. Which begs another question:

If you look at child porn are you a paedophile, or are you guilty of a thought crime. and if you are guilty of a thought crime, how can the law tell what you are feeling?

And for a look at how the law operates, see above…
