Spanking Herman Thomas And The Chris Brown Link
HERMAN Thomas, a former trial judge from Alabama, denies bartering sex with male inmates in exchange for more lenient sentences.
How times change – in days of yore a catamite would have earned a stiffer sentence from the judge for each performance. There was no escape.
Thomas is accused of sodomy, kidnapping, extortion, sex abuse and assault. And up to 15 current and former prisoners are lining up to testify against him at the jury trial. Hey, if you can’t trust a prisoner, who can you trust, right?
Thomas’s lawyer, Robert Clark, calls the accusations “a high-tech lynching“:
“They don’t like uppity black folks, and that’s what they consider Herman.”
Well, being uppity while black is not a crime any more in the southern States. The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), says Mr Thomas is being prosecuted because of his race.
The background is that Mr Thomas resigned as a judge in 2007 following allegations that he used a paddle to spank inmates in his private office at the county courthouse, a place where seminal fluids were found on the carpet.
If he is convicted of the charges of kidnapping, he could face a sentence of life in prison.
But what’s that you say? He’s weaitng bowtie. The bowtie is one item of clothing guaranteed to make the wearer look shifty.
