HAVING inspected a much reduced in size Milan Cathedral at close quarters – a small version to make Silvio feel bigger, so they say – Silvio Berlusconi has let his hospital in Milan. Mr Berlusconi sported a small bandage on his nose, beneath which, it is rumoured, hair from his head has been grafted on. A large compress on his left cheek sports a scab that says “Made In China”.
