PA PHOTOS/DPA - UK USE ONLY: The injured Bobby Charlton, famous English soccer player, lies in hospital after he survived the plane crash of the 'BEA-Elizabethan' charter plane in Munich, February 1958. On 6 February, the British plane with 44 aboard had crashed short after lift off in heavy snowfall. The aircraft crashed onto a house, killing 21 people, among them eleven members of the British soccer club Manchester United, who were on their way home from a Europe Cup match from Belgrade.
