“THE Real Jon Venables” is made to stand up in today’s Daily Star as it screams its lone Bulger-linked banner front page saying it is revealing all, writes AGW.
It is not: the story is a mish-mash rehash of much which has already been said the intro and opening paragraphs are:
“JAMES Bulger’s killer Jon Venables is a big fan of tough-talking telly cop shows, the Daily Star can reveal.
The killer of little James is among thousands of fans who publicly praise hardman cops.
They love the way the TV policemen bring the most notorious crooks to justice.”
The story then goes on to list nothing new or advance the story in any way at all.
The tabloid sucks its thumb once again.
Just for today attention has wandered and the rape of two sisters by their father for over 25 years grabs the limelight.
Well, it add a few copies.
