In Pictures: The Moments A Dog Attempted Suicide In Swiss Cottage

TO Fairfax Road, Swiss Cottage, not too far from Old Mr Anorak’s London mansion, where a Dalmation dog is beneath the No.31 bus. It has tried to cross the road and became stuck. Amid the hooting and yelling of enthusiastic drivers happy to take a few moments out of their busy days to wind down the windows and inhale deeply the moving air, the owner called the fire brigade. A passer-by took pictures. And at the corner of London that is forever Swiss, a dog is not put to sleep but saved.
