In Pictures: Jennifer Aniston’s Insulting ‘Fake Relationship’ With Gerard Butler And…

HAVING saved Mexico by selflessly undertaking an expensive holiday there, Jennifer  Aniston is telling everyone who will listen that promoting The Bounty Hunter movie with Gerard Butler is one thing while her private life is something private.

Jennifer might be seriel co-star dater but she’s not dating Gerard Butler, you know, the one she cosying up and cudlding and frotting on the red carpet. As she todl GMTV viewers in the UK:

All this, that me and Gerry are in this fake relationship for the press of our movie, or the selling of it, it’s just so insulting at the same time but again, it’s the story – I’m getting to a better place in understanding that they’re just making money.

And she’s still talking about thsoe awful tabliods not talking about the movie:

When asked about the tabloid chatter, Aniston asked “what chatter? I hear about it, I don’t read it. You have to get better over time. You have to… build up a tough skin…. We work really hard on our jobs… you don’t want to be known as sort of a ‘tabloid face.’ That sort of distracts from what you do and what you work really hard at. Which is our movies… It’s almost like another job that you have not chosen to be a part of. It’s a soap opera that you do not sign up for.”

Oh no?

This is the same Aniston who graces not only the cover of the National Enquirer but other more benign organs that serve to tell reders how terrific Jennifer is and how she’s well worth it, especially if you awnt hair like hers.

Jen’s publicist is one Stephen Huvane, and he’s been talking with celebrity gossiper gone native Perez Hilton:

Huvane orchestrated to have his client on the cover of People in late October, and the headline screamed “Defending Their Love.”

What more, not only did Maniston lie to us and People magazine, but she also lied to Oprah, and that’s much worse!

In mid-October, Jennifer made an appearance on Oprah and she lied to the talk show host and her millions of viewers, saying that she and Vince Vaughn were still together. …

Vince was one of Jen’s, er, co-stars.

Finally, when it became painfully clear to Mister Huvane and Miz Anitson that they could no longer continue deceiving her “fans,” they turned to their lapdog People magazine this week once again, issuing the following statement on Tuesday night: “AfterJennifer’s trip to London several weeks ago, Jennifer and Vince mutually agreed to end their relationship but continue to be good friends today.”

Or as Jen said:

“It’s embarrassing that people are focused so much and putting so much money into gossip magazines to escape. The paparazzi and the magazines deserve their share of the blame, but they’re just supplying a demand. It’s unfortunate that people don’t care that they’ve been lied to, they don’t care that they’re being sort of messed with and not given the full truth. They buy them anyway.”

Such are the facts. Unless Jennifer can spare a few mometns to tell us the full story – the magazines are listening. And before we got, let’s enjoy that quote one more time:

“[Gerard Butler] said to me, ‘You come to Mexico all the time and Mexico is really hurting right now because of the swine flu and the drug trafficking and all of this sort of stuff but it’s not all of Mexico. These people survive on us coming down and spending money and coming here to these beautiful places. It sort of made sense to sort of say ‘Hey, let’s help out Mexico.’”
