Nick Clegg can now agree with Gordon Brown, who is front runner to take over as leader of the Gary Glitter fan club, the Gordon Brown Appreciation Society and Twitter. And David Cameron can smile. Winners are grinners. and her majesty is smiling. “You see,” she says, “I knew Eton wasn’t a waste of money.”
