DAVID Cameron might consider himself fortunate there is war on. He gets to stand among the troops at Camp Bastion in Helmand Province and look hard.

And tough Dave’s been on the phone to Barack Obama to remind him that soaking Robert Green’s gloves in BP oil was an inspired ploy and left everyone feeling equal and happy.
