JERMAINE Howard is Our Villain of The Day – that’s him counting his loot outside a Chicago police station.
Howard, 18, is said to have robbed a woman at gunpoint. She gave chase. He fell down a flight of a stairs.
Howard is not without heart. When the victim asked for her handbag back, he gave it to her, albeit minus her purse.
Howard legs it. A witness gives chase and spots Howard stood outside Chicago’s Ogden District police station counting the cash.
The witness tells the police. The police Tazer Howard. And all is right in the world…
