RAOUL Moat is on the run. The tabloids are lusting after a shoot-to-kill police drive. and on Sky News, in between live updates of police cars driving about farm yards and twitchy reporters stepping aside to let them pass, presenter Mark White wants to show the folks at home how “tooled up” the police are.
