BBC Weatherman Tomasz Schafernaker Flips Viewers The Finger
THAT’S BBC weatherman Tomasz Schafermaker (SKy) aka Tomasz Schafernaker (his mum and dad) giving the finger on the BBC New channel.
The meteorologist has not first licked it and is holding it up to check for which way the wind blows. Tomasz is telling presenters Simon McCoy and Fiona Armstrong to fuck off.
And good on him, eh? What a pair of utter tossers.
McCoy and Armstrong said Schafermaker’s forecast would be “100% accurate and provide all the detail you could possibly want”.
Just like rest of the BBC’s news service, then?
A BBC spokesman explains:
“Tomasz was not aware that he was on air, and whilst the gesture was only shown for a second, it was not acceptable. The News Channel presenter live in the studio acknowledged a mistake had been made, and we apologise for any offence caused.”
No offence. Just pretty much what the viewers have been doing to him and his ilk for years. But what do we know about him? Well, he was born in Poland. He likes to “ad-lib” his forecasts. He says of the fingering:
This morning, prior to a live weather bulletin, I made a gesture off camera joking with my fellow presenters and without warning the camera went live to the weather studio. I am very sorry for any offence that might have been caused by my actions.
And he’s posed with his nipples out for Attitude…
