X Factor 2010: Mary Byrne Sings It’s A Man’s Man’s Man’s World (Video)
X FACTOR 2010: Mary Byrne overcame laryngitis to belt out a version of It’s A Man’s Man’s Man’s World. Dawn French’s mum could play the piano but she could not sign like this. She was good. But the hype was better.
Mary has won a TV reality show in Ireland. But Louis Walsh loves the plucky amateur line:
“OMG Mary, the Tesco lady from Dublin has become a diva. You waited 50 years for this, I so believe in you. You’ve got the X Factor.”
And it’s £3.60 for a pack of 10.
Of course, Louis Walsh meant to say, “I love your energy.” But he didn’t because tonight Cheryl had been given that line:
“You can feel the energy in the room. It was like you meant every single world. It was so from the heart. It was amazing.”
