Shoplifter Dressed As Sesame Street’s Bert For Punishment

ANDREW Perry, owner of the Halloween Express costume store in Charlottesville, offered the teenage shoplifter a chance to escape the police by dressing as Sesame Street character Bert.
The youth spent six hours wearing the suit and carrying the sign: “I got caught shoplifting at Halloween Express.
