FORGET Mary Bale’s Legends’ List, featuring such beasts as Knee Hill Park Man and Bosnian girl – if you really want to get angry at animal haters target the lunatic minds that created the Shar Pei, dogs like Molly who is so inbred that a massive fold of skin hangs over her eyes.
Molly, a pedigree Shar Pei suffered from entropion.
Vet Richard Marks, of Goddard Veterinary Group in Gidea Park, Romford, Essex, says:
“What I essentially did was give her an extreme facelift. I removed a large piece of skin and stitched the remaining skin to the back of her head.”
The spare skin makes a lovely lining for a boxing glove…
