Sex.Com Sold Again: Grows 1$ In 6 Years

CLOVER Holdings Ltd has, reportedly, agreed to buy the URL sex.com from Bankrupt Escom LLC for $13m.
In 2004, the site sold for $12m.
In 2006, the price was between $12m and $14m.
Is sex a good bet?
