George The Robot Built From A Wellington Bomber Is Alive
TONY SALE created George the Robot in 1950. He was 19. George the Robot is made from bits of a crashed Wellington Bomber (a killing machine) and scrap metal at RAF Debden.
George’s jaw moves to make it look like he is talking. Says Mr Sale:
“He went in to my garage and stayed there for 45 years.”
