After The Porno Scanners TSA Dick Gropes Are Coming To The UK
LEST you suppose that the TSA groping policies in which children are felt-up, women perved at and men fisted by airport workers who get to operate the porno scanners, know that Lord John Reid, once home secretary, is a director of G4S and a partner in the Chertoff Group. What do they do?
Well, G4S is a specialist in airport security.
And the Chertoff Group represents OSI Systems, one of two companies licensed to sell full-body scanners to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
How safe are they?
Peter Rez, from Arizona State University, says the scans are just as likely to kill you as a bomb:
“They’re both incredibly unlikely events. These are still a factor of 10 lower than the probability of dying in any one year from being struck by lightning in the United States.”
Time to ban lightning, methinks…
