DARCO Sangermano, 28, sneezed and the stray bullet that had been fired into his head shot out.
The bullet, fired by a person unknown, was released during a New Year’s Eve celebration in Naples.
The bullet lodged in Darco’s right nostril. And then in the hospital he sneezed. Darco’s feeling much better now – but his hanky is no longer fit for purpose…
