Man Sentenced For Sex Act With Horse In Devon
DEREK Woods, 26, did perform a “sex act” on a horse in Devon stable.
Woods had also been regularly drinking heavily, including Thunderbird, which is a mixture of Devon’s Buckfast tonic wine, Martini and fizzy pop.
In court, his defence counsel Nigel Wraith offers:
“Woods is unable or unwilling to talk about the reasons behind his offending, it is difficult for anybody to fathom out what the reasons would be.”
Is it?
“He feels complete and utter shame at the position he finds himself in and is embarrassed beyond words.”
Woods is sentenced to a 24-month supervision order and banned from going within a one-mile radius of the horse.
Other horses must take their chances…
