Vanessa Feltz Is Gargantuan In OK!
WHEN Nikki Grahame first appeared on Big Brother, she drew comparisons, not all them favourable, to a boiled-washed Vanessa Feltz. Then the pair did the inevitable, as celebs in the OK! Petri dish must: they met.
And OK! went on to produce a photo shoot in which Feltz – a woman whose struggles with weight have earned her an entry into Anorak’s lexicon (Feltzene: “that woman was of feltzene proportions”) is seen with Grahame stood on her hand.
The effect is not only to make Feltz look gargantuan, but also to make Grahame, a woman who has battled with anorexia, appear more lightweight than a Richard Hammond sigh.
It seems unspeakably cruel. Still, OK! moves on and in next week’s issue where Prince Harry will be presented with a white Fiat Uno…
