Court Says Underage Girl Seduced Paedophile
DAVID Barnes admitted to having “cyber sex” with a 13-year-old girl. Barnes is 24. He also downloaded child porn. The Express says: “One showed a handcuffed five-year-old being raped.”
At Teesside Crown Court, Judge Peter Fox QC says the pornography is “the worst kind of abuse of very small children for the perverted lust of people like you.”
And then he said:
“In addition to the images, there was your perverted activities over the internet with the 13-year-old, who, I accept, appears to have seduced you.”
The Express says he “persuaded her to perform a sex act while he watched over a webcam”
Barnes is given a suspended jail sentence. He is sentenced to 300 hours of unpaid community work and placed on a sex offender treatment programme.
