Mel Gibson’s Ex Is Now Saying That He Didn’t Domestic Violence Her One On The Face
LAST seen with a stuffed beaver sewn to his hand, Mel Gibson has had a troublesome year or so, facing allegations of being a anti-Semite, accusations of being a racist for dropping the N Bomb in Those Tapes as well as being alleged to have battered his ex-gal, Oksana Grigorieva.
Well, small joy for Gibbo as Oksana has dropped her allegations of domestic violence against the actor while she attempts to settle their hilariously ugly and public custody battle.
Is anyone thinking or future trainwreck, baby Lucia in all of this? Who cares?
Those that have been shrieking that Oksana is nothing but a golddigger will be furious with the news that she is no longer contesting that Gibson knocked her about, despite the fact that leaked documents and statements have suggested that Mel did slap her across the face.
This is probably why a lawyer for Gibson was reportedly left stunned when Grigorieva’s lawyer, a chap called Dan Horowitz, announced to Judge Scott Gordon they weren’t interested in pursuing the whole domestic violence thing.
Not only that, Grigorieva has also had the restraining order against Gibson torn up and thrown toward the shredder.
Meanwhile, Mel Gibson has still been sentenced to three years probation and a year of counselling, which is nice. At least he’s got his beaver hand to keep him company.
