Photos Of Junrey Balawaing The World’s Smallest Man: He’s Smaller Than A Half-Pint Of Guinness

JUNREY Balawing is the world’s shortest man. The man, who lives in Sindangan on Mindanao island in the southern Philippines, stands at a small 59.93cm (23.6 inches) tall.

He is 18. Well, so the birth certificate says. His dad says he stopped growing when aged two. We do not know why? Maybe he really wanted to be a record breaker?

An official from the Guinness World Records board of truth, one Craig Glenday, says:

“Officially he is the world’s shortest man.”

Anorak is encouraged that in these day of PC correctness gone mad, the Guinness Book of Records – a book sponsored by a big drinks brand – can applaud people who suffer from something that makes them so small they have difficulty standing up.

What odds young tipsy-topsy Balawing has trouble getting served a pint of the black stuff in his local pub..?
