Man Tries To Escape Prison By Hiding In Lover’s Bag

TO the Caribbean Mexican state of Quintana Roo, where prison spokesman Gerardo Campos says 19-year-old Maria del Mar Arjona was trying to free inmate Juan Ramirez Tijerina by dragging him out of jail in her wheeled suitcase.
Arjona had been in jail for a conjugal visit. Anorak wonders if the episode can be explained away as “foreplay”.
The bet bit is that the Mexicans leave the villain in the case while they take photos. The case is – lest it go unsaid – open and shut…
