Samir Nasri Not Bitter To Leave Arsenal For More Money At Man City – Just Very, Very Happy
ARE Arsenal still talking to their want away French star Samir Nasri? On Facebook, someone pretending to be Nasri says:
“It’s nearly done. But I will leave with bitterness and anger in my heart. I am proud for having played with the Gunners.” The quote was picked up the press. Back pages led with the news:
Daily Mail: “Nasri is ‘bitter’ parting shot at Gunners”
Irish Independent: “‘Bitter’ Nasri moves closer to exit door”
Daily Mirror: Nasri: “I’m bitter, I’m angry and I’m off”
The quote was picked up by the Independent, The Times, Express, Telegraph and Sun.
Nasri does not have a Facebook account – he uses Twitter to criticise Arsenal fans. Says he:
“Just to make things clear i dont have a facebook so i never said i was leaving with bitterness the guy who said that use a fake account”
No. He’s leaving for Manchester City with a skip in his step, a jinking run and loads money in his pockets.
Also, rumours abound that the Arsenal press office said it was Nasri’s account. But we heard that on social media – so it might be wrong…
