THE effigy of Jesus in Polanka, Poland, is bleeding red paint. From a distance it looks like blood. The believing flock to see the red liquid on the crown of thorns.

A vigil is held. Then priests notice that the blood is red paint.

Says priest Jan Kutyna said:

“We carried out tests and with 100% certainty we can say this is not blood, it is paint. It was clearly the work of some jokers.”

“What kind of sick mind plays a joke like this. They will regret this when they’re being judged by the holy man then defaced.”
