At her 19th birthday party, celebrated at Los Angeles’sRoosevelt Hotel in L.A., the Miley dad, Miley mum, the ubiquitous Kelly Osbourne, Demi Moore’s daughter Rumer Willis and a Nicki Minaj-styled dwarf, saw the singer given a cake shaped like Bob Marley (as he was). The Daily catches it on tape:
