WHO is the man who handcufded himself to the post at the Barclays Premier League match ebtween Everton and Manchester City at Goodison Park? With the scores tied at 0-0 (Everton would go on to win the game 1-0), the Everton fan emerged from the crowd and shackled himself to the frame of City keeper Joe Hart’s goal. Why? (That you, Boy George?)
