Unfinished monster washes up on San Diego shore – photos

A MONSTER has washed up on the shores of San Diego. Is it a “Chupacabra/Montauk Monster-looking creature”?

Vice magasine reports the words of Josh Menard, 19, who saw the thing:

 “I didn’t know if it was some creature from around here. I’m from Massachusetts and I don’t see shit like that ever. My friends were like no, I’ve never seen anything like that and were pretty tripped up about it. I thought it was pretty funny and kind of mysterious.” 

What is it? And it is finished?

This is an actual monster, some sort of rodent-like creature with a dinosaur beak. A tipster says that there is "a government animal testing facility very close by in Long Island" - Gawker
