TO China, where a coin has exploded in the hands of a 3-year-old boy in Fujian province. The 1 yuan coin just blew up.

Mum says she gave the lad a coin for a fairground ride. She turns her back and kapow! She sees the lad surrounded by smoke and the remains of the coin on the floor.

The threat is clear – unless the Us leave Syria alone it will unleash an army of 3-year-old money detonators on Western banks. In the meantime, rumours that the little lad has been seeking  directions to Fred Goodwin’s house are unfounded…
