Katie Price leaves off Hunger Games premiere for the sake of her kids
KATIE Price arrived at the peremiere of The Hunger Games only long enough to have her photo taken. She never saw the film. There with Michelle Heaten, Ellie Jenas and Leandro Penna, Katie was asked to hand over her mobile phone. Says Katie:
“How many parents of children/disabled children know the importance of being able to be contacted if something happens in an emergency???“
That question is rhetorical. No need to answer. But to hazard a guess, we’d say 73%.
Of course, if you’re at the show or in, say, Ibiza posing for a calendar, what can you do? Get a pager? Get ITV to record them? Leave them in the car and listen out for screams?
Not one to miss the chance of being seen, Michelle Heaton added:
“What a shame we had to leave #hungergames prem. as a mum of an 9wk old and Katie a mum of Harvey, we couldn’t possibly hand our mobile phones in, in case of emergencies!…Such a shame, it was my first night away properly from faith, how could I possibly hand over my phone in case my husband needs me.. Gutted.”
The prize tweet goes to Ellie Jenas, wife to Jermaine Jenas.
@elliejenas exactly they treated us like shit and we are doing them a favour giving them FREE publicity!my kids are more important
Can the Hunger Games – 28million books in circulation in the US alone – be a hit without Ellie Jenas?
The remedy is simple: Katie must take her kids with her everywhere she goes. Or star in her own film. Ideas for titles, please. Star Bores? Lethal Weapons 32DD? Tango & Gash..?
