Handless refugee tosses volleyball rock through KFC window

TO Albuquerque, where handless Koffi Mbairamadji has been arrested for allegedly throwing a large rock – “volleyball-sized” – through the window of a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant. (Why the hell isn’t this man representing the US in the Paralympic Games?)
Koffi Mbairamadji says he’s innocent. He says police have got the wrong man. The real villain is called Adjabo, a political refugee who hails from Burundi who has taken his identity.
Mbairamadji says Adjabo arrived in the country without his hands. Which means that unless Mbairamadji is also handless, establishing identity should be simple, although finger-printing will be tricky…
