Even more claims appear about John Travolta!
ONE imagines that there are now people in newsrooms that work 9-5 trying to keep track of all the developments concerning John Travolta. It appears there’s a country’s worth of people queueing up to talk about his genitals, his penchant for foisting his arousal on people and general claims of his homosexuality.
Just imagine if Travolta came out and spoiled it for everyone by saying ‘Fine! FINE! Me and my wife have an open relationship and I’m bisexual! SOZ!‘ Still, that wouldn’t clear up the whole alleged sexual assaults.
Either way, the new claims being made against the actor are numerous. A cruise ship employee and yet another tell-all book are causing a ruckus today. Sexual assault and battery are the latest additions to an already murky story that involves gay spas, masseurs, lawsuits and burgers.
An assault and battery claim against Travolta was made in U.S. District Court on June 21 for an incident alleged to have taken place on a cruise ship in 2009. Fabian Zanzi, a cruise ship employee, claims Travolta made unwanted sexual advances toward him also.
While Zanzi’s claims aren’t as salacious as previous allegations, there’s still some juice to be had if you look through his lawsuit’s allegations:
Zanzi worked on Royal Caribbean’s MS Enchantment of the Seas in June 2009 and was assigned to be Travolta’s personal attendant. According to the complaint, on June 9, 2009, Travolta ordered room service and, says Zanzi, he looked after Travolta and found him with two other men. Twenty minutes later, Zanzi returned to find Travolta alone and wearing a bathrobe.
This could all be innocent. Right?
Well, Zanzi claims that, after he served the actor a meal, Travolta asked him to stay and take a seat. After a little chat, Travolta asked Zanzi to move some of the actor’s clothes from one side of the suite to the other… and that’s when the Pulp Fiction star “pleaded” for Zanzi to rub his neck. Zanzi says the actor then disrobed and exposed his erect penis.
It is alleged that Travolta then “forcefully” embraced Zanzi. “Travolta forced his naked person and his erect penis against [Zanzi’s] person” causing [Zanzi] to “experience pain, shock, embarrassment, distress and fear,” the lawsuit states. Zanzi was then told that he was “beautiful” and asked him to “Take me, I will take care of you, please.” Zanzi further claimed that he pleaded with Travolta to release him, but the actor “continued to restrain” him and “maintained a hard and painful grasp” on Zanzi’s hands while pressing his erect penis against him. Travolta then offered Zanzi $12,000 to keep quiet.
Bloody hell.
