Mermaids do exists – the US National Ocean Service is lying
MERMAIDS do not exist. The National Ocean Service has issued a decree on its Ocean Facts website:
“No evidence of aquatic humanoids has ever been found.”
This follows May’s broadcast of Mermaids: The Body Found on the Discovery Channel’s Animal Planet network.
Viewers mistook fiction for fact and wrote in to the NOS.
Of course, the joy of being unreasoned and chewing on conspiracy theories is that the official denial only adds grist to the mill. Mermaids do exist. As any fool knows, mermaids spend their days plotting world domination through fonts and Starbucks. The coffee company’s full logo features a mermaid sat atop an all seeing eye, itself resting on a square and compass…
Q. Which part of a mermaid weighs the most?
A. The scales!
