QUESTION: who makes the stuff the Chinese buy? Do they import it? ‘Made In China’ continues to be a sign of poor quality. It lacks aspiration and success. Who, for instance, made the road barrier in Jinhua City? When one segment fell, it triggered a 1.5-kilometre long strip of barrier to fall like dominoes.
