Nicki Minaj is voting for Mitt Romney, which he’ll be pleased about
TO paraphrase, the Republican Party aren’t racist, but they are number one with racists. They don’t make many non-Christian white people happy. Over the years, the Republicans have been accused of acting too slowly when a lot of black people are in trouble, started wars with a lot of brown nations and, in more recent years, they’ve spread their target to include rape victims too.
Of course, big cheese Republican Romney nodded and winked at Obama, cooing about no-one needing to his birth-certificate, which sees him as a birther at best (a racist at worst). Obviously, Romney is less keen to mention the fact his family illegally entered America after running away from Mexico, but that’s another story.
As such, quite a few musicians (a largely liberal, Democrat-voting people) have stopped Mitt Romney and his chum Paul Ryan from using their music (they’ve had to settle for Chuck Norris and an empty chair thus far). It must be hard for right-wingers to find people who will allow their music to be aligned to opinions that don’t sit well with the record-buying pop demographic. However, Mitt seems to have one surprise fan.

In a duet with Lil Wayne, Minaj raps: “I’m a Republican voting for Mitt Romney, you lazy bitches is fuckin’ up the economy.”
While Mitt will be thrilled that someone with some young currency is blowing his name around, he’ll be less thrilled wit her other lyric in the track which says that she was born in Trinidad and entered America with a temporary visa. Of course, it is a rap artists who is deliberately provocative.
Let us wait and see if Mitt has the cajones to actually lap up this endorsement.
