Christian LaBella released after alleged assault of Lindsay Lohan
HAW HAW! Lindsay Lohan is always getting into scrapes isn’t she? She’s more famous for T.R.O.U.B.L.E. than she is her career! So what is she up to now? What mirth can we draw out of her latest situation?
She says she’s been assaulted by a man?
Oh. That isn’t even remotely funny. And neither is the fact that the accused – Christian LaBella – has been released without charge by the NYC police after claims couldn’t be substantiated.
If you missed the news of the fight, LaBella took some photos of Lohan, which she asked him to delete. Now, according to LeBella’s Facebook page, he’s the nephew of Heather McDonald (a comic) and has posted photos numerous snaps of him with slebs (including Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, Joe Francis, Herman Cain, and VP candidate Paul Ryan). The story said that he was invited up to LiLo’s and a fight broke out over the deletion of photographs.
Reportedly, things got so bad that one of Lohan’s friends had to physically grapple LaBella off Lohan after he allegedly threw her onto the bed, causing scratches on her hands. Other sources say he tried to choke her.
However, these charges have now been dropped and NYC police officials were not authorised to speak publicly about the encounter.
“They thought I took pictures but I didn’t,” Labella was heard telling police in the lobby, where he was arrested. “Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel. While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized,” Steve Honig, Lohan’s publicist, said in a statement. “The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation.”
It all seems rather murky and there is more to this story than is being reported. Either way, we’ve got a Republican potentially misbehaving in the middle of a presidential campaign and an actress who is on thin-ice with the law already.
Grubby.
