Star treatment for Jason Chant, a nine year old from Tower Hamlets, joined at the Guildhall by England and West Ham footballer Trevor Brooking and television dance girls Pan's People. Jason was the overall winner of "Feet Rule OK", a poster competition to focus attention on children's foot care.
