Ohio man arrested one hour later but at same time as first arrest

TO Urbana, Ohio, where Niles Gammons has been arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated at 1:08 a.m., and later arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated at 1:08 a.m. Thanks to daylight saving, Gammons was twice arrested for the same crime on the same day.
Says one source: “Goof job the pigs wer keeping a keen eye on Gammons.”
