THE Amir of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, is on a tour of the UK. He’s met Queen Elizabeth II. ER said: “Is that you, Sabby?” He replied” It is. Amir! Am really ir!”
