Frostbitten elephants get happy on two cases of vodka

TO Russia’s chilly Novosibirsk region, where two elephants are cold. The middle-aged elephants (aged 45 and 48) has been travelling through Siberia in a wooden trailer. It caught fire. Frostbite ate into the beats’ ears
But this is Russia. So. The handlers mixed two case of water mixed with warm water.
Says an official at the Novosibirsk zoo:
“They started roaring like if they were in the jungle!Perhaps, they were happy.”
The elephants we then housed in a heated garage, where they nose-wrestled for hours, wept, ran about with traffic cones on their heads and discussed which of them should stand for political office…
