Kelly Osbourne on the sin of eating what you want
KELLY Osbourne was once the Sun’s teen agony aunt. She did the same job at BBC Radio 1.
This is the Kelly who called Christina Aguilera a “fat bitch“.
Now Kelly is thinner. And she tells everyone that being thin means being happy:
“People think I lost weight and then got happy, but that’s not how it works. You have to get happy first. I made a life change, and the weight loss was an amazing perk.”
What did happy Kelly do?
“[Working out] is something I really enjoy doing. I never thought I’d be that kind of girl. I do up to half an hour of cardio, and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates – I mix it up.”
Good for her. But Kelly then does as she must and equates eating with immoral behaviour:
“I do cheat. I have one cheat day a week where I eat whatever the f**k I want.”
Eating what you want is sinning. Eating is rebellion. A burger and fries is a fat-loaded two-fingers to society that wants you to be thin. What you eat is talked about as a moral choice.
Kelly then is back in the Church:
“For breakfast, I will eat either cereal or a little omelet thingy made with egg whites, mushrooms and spinach. Lunch is usually a salad or a turkey burger. And then for dinner, I’ll have brown rice with vegetables and some kind of meat.”
And she’s so happy now. And you should just see her turds…
