LORD McAlpine is the innocent Tory peer libelled a paedophile by many on Twitter, the BBC and ITV.
The BBC (£185,000) and ITV (£125,000) have paid damages and legal costs. Lord McAlpine wants £50,000 libel damages from Sally Bercow, the Commons speaker’s wife, for her tweet. That poo on his desk is in the post:
