The Titanic star, who gave birth to daughter Mia said she was plagued by morning sickness, swollen ankles and a bad back. Winslet has written the foreword to a new book on pregnancy by midwife Zita West. The book, called Natural Pregnancy, gives advice on alternative approaches to fertility, pregnancy and childbirth using therapies including acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
