Maciefj P can’t remember what happened to his missing genitals

MACIEJ P. has lost his genitals. The Polish national was staggering around an eatery in Vienna, Austria, when he was spotted by police. They wondered if he was on drugs. They smelled alcohol on him. He looked rough, so they took him to hospital.
A swift appraisal revealed that his penis and testicles had been surgically removed. Police spokesperson, Adina Mircioan, states:
“The victim was questioned briefly after treatment.He cannot recall what happened”.
Maciej P. was placed in an artificial coma.
Meanwhile, bits of skin and cartilage were located in a toilet at the local U3 metro line. No genitals were found.
