Politician Skull Reaper A-ji refuses to remove his mask in council chambers

THAT you Kendo Nagasaki in the Japanese city of Oita? Maybe? The man in the mask says he’s Skull Reaper A-ji. He’s been elected to thr city’ council.
But Skull Reaper A-ji has been banned from wearing his mask in council chambers.
Rules state that “a person taking the floor shall not wear items such as a hat.”
Skull Reaper A-ji is upset:
“If I take my mask off, I’m an entirely different person. I will not take it off.”
